Welcome to BuyAndCraft. This website is operated by BuyAndCraft. By accessing our site and purchasing our digital products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Digital Delivery
BuyAndCraft specializes in digital design assets for crafters. No physical items will be shipped. Upon successful payment, you will receive an automated download link via email and on the checkout confirmation page.
2. License & Usage Rights
When you purchase a design from BuyAndCraft, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files under the following conditions:
- Personal Use: You may use the files for any personal, non-commercial projects.
- Commercial Use: You may use our designs to create and sell physical products (e.g., laser-cut wooden signs, t-shirts, engraved gifts).
- Strict Prohibitions: You may NOT resell, share, gift, or redistribute the digital files themselves in any format. Uploading our designs to "Print on Demand" sites (such as Redbubble, Zazzle, or Amazon Merch) is strictly prohibited.
3. Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, and website content are the exclusive property of BuyAndCraft. Unauthorized copying or distribution of our digital assets is a violation of copyright laws.
4. Accuracy of Information
We strive to ensure our files are compatible with popular machines like Cricut, Silhouette, and Glowforge. However, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure their software supports the file formats provided (SVG, DXF, etc.) before purchase.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the business operates.
