1. Digital Delivery Only
All products available on BUYANDCRAFT.com are digital download files. No physical product will be mailed to your address. This means no shipping fees, no waiting for the mail, and no customs delays.
2. Instant Download Process
Your orders are processed automatically by our system:
- Immediate Access: Once your payment is confirmed, you will be redirected to a download page immediately.
- Email Confirmation: You will also receive an automated email within minutes containing the download links for your files.
- 24/7 Availability: Our system works around the clock, so you can receive your designs at any time, including weekends and holidays.
3. No Shipping Charges & Taxes
Since no physical goods are transported:
- There are no shipping costs applied to your order.
- Digital products may be subject to VAT or Sales Tax depending on your location, which will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout.
4. Troubleshooting Downloads
If you do not receive your download email within 10 minutes, please follow these steps:
- Check your Spam or Junk folder.
- Ensure that the email address used during checkout is correct.
- If you still cannot access your files, please contact us at buyandcraft@gmail.com with your order number. We will manually resend your files as soon as possible.
5. Damages & File Issues
While "shipping damage" does not apply to digital goods, files can occasionally become corrupted during download. If you have trouble opening a file (SVG, DXF, etc.), please contact us, and we will provide a fresh, working copy immediately.
