Return & Refund Policy

1. Country of Service

This policy applies to orders placed from Turkey and is valid for all customers located within the country.

2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for both faulty (defective) and non-faulty products, as long as the request meets the conditions listed below.

• The item must be in new and unused condition.
• Return requests must be made within 3 calendar days from the date of purchase.

3. Product Condition

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be returned in the same condition it was received — unused, unaltered, and with all original files or packaging intact.

4. Return Window

Customers have a 3-day return window to initiate a return or exchange. After this period, we may not be able to process your request unless the item is defective or covered by a specific warranty exception.

5. Return Methods

You can return your item using one of the following methods:

• In-store Return: Return the product directly to our store if applicable.
• Drop-off Point: Use one of our authorized drop-off locations.
• Mail Return: Ship the product back to us using the provided return label.

6. Return Label & Costs

• Return Label: A prepaid return label is included in your package.
• Return Shipping: All returns are free of charge.
• Restocking Fees: No restocking fees apply — returns are processed free of charge.

7. Exchanges

We happily accept exchanges for eligible items. If you would like to exchange your purchase for another product, please contact us within the 3-day window, and we will assist you with the process.

8. Return & Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 1 business day and issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card provider may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the credit to your account.

9. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that certain products, including digital templates and instant download files, are non-refundable once downloaded. However, if no files have been accessed within 3 days of purchase, you may still request a refund during the return window.
